How long does shipping take for my order?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, generally ranging from 3-5 business days for domestic shipping.

What is the shelf life of Haribhavanam food products?

Each product comes with a specific 'Best Before' date printed on the packaging. Most of our dry snacks and spice mixes have a shelf life of 4 to 6 months when stored in a cool, dry place.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within the country. We are working on expanding our logistics to serve our international customers soon. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Can I return a food item if I change my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

Are your products free from artificial preservatives?

At Haribhavanam, we pride ourselves on authentic taste. Most of our traditional recipes use natural preservation methods and we minimize the use of artificial additives wherever possible.
